I found this article about a company founded by John McAfee (of the computer software fame) that operates an Aerotrekking Club in which members explore the Southwest in two seat kite-winged aircraft and camp in Vintage Airstreams from the 40's with year matched tow vehicles. If this sounds interesting... club membership is by invitation only and can cost up to $200,000.
"Those with the finances and fortitude will find that the Sky Gypsies' compound reflects McAfee's unusual sense of style. Club members stay in 15 vintage Airstream trailers from the 1940s and '50s, each refurbished to mint condition."
