Program is scheduled for recording

I've had this set up to record for the past two weeks with EyeTV. It is a good thing I double checked the time because they moved this program back an hour from two weeks ago.

Thumbs up Good show!

Really enjoyed the show .. they sure moved quickly! I could have watched an entire 30 minutes of just Airstream.

The luggage company .. Hartmann .. was pretty good too.

I very much enjoyed it too....I watched the rerun of it later on as well!

I want one of those Bambi bars someday!

It was very neat to see what we saw when we were there in December on TV. There were even a few of the employees that were on TV that we have pictures of which you can see at www.silvertwinkie.org

I thought I'd refresh this thread so that next week's Travel Channel "Made In America" (Feb 24) piece on Airstream would get the largest audience available.
The TV ads have been tantalizing.

New or replay?

Is this a new episode about airstreams or a replay of the older show?

Rerun

Made in America Airstream is a rerun. The schedule shows it three more times this month.

I scheduled a maintenance session at a state of the art theatre
that I work at. There I was on January 17, 3:30. in front of
a thirty foot screen, $95,000 video projector, sub woofers,
surround , center, ceiling, and main speakers. I was all ready to
record " Made in America ", on a $20,000 digital recorder.

Not Quite So Sophisticated Here

Mandolindave,

Just a Mac and EyeTV was good enough for me to record it. It kept Wayne Newton away.

DVD burned

I did start a DVD to record any and all Airstream programs aired on Dish 500...so far (much to my wifes dismay) I've recorded the John Ratzenburger Airstream program; watched the travel channels Million Dollar Trailer Parks & Millior Dolllar RV parks (didn't record either...I felt they really weren't about travel trailers... manufactured or double wide add-ons)

She thinks I'm pretty hopeless.

If you would like to own nearly four hours of Airstream on DVD, the Vintage Club sells a DVD that starts with a 19 minute promotional film from 1968, "Building Dreams Is Our Business".

After that you get 8 other films that cover the various caravans that Wally led around the world. They are all at least 40 years old, but they are in pretty good shape overall.

Perfect for those winter nights when you can only dream of Airstreaming. They sell them at:

http://www.airstream.net/videos.html

They have some other videos for sale, but I haven't tried them yet.
