Since it says 2004 it probably hasn't been on before. The description says nothing abut Airstream but odds are probably very good.
10:00 p.m. our time in Michigan. Thanks for the heads up!

I really like the Drakko bath and Casa interior, not to mention the 12' ceilings and wood build of the Wayzalot! As I was watching the program I recognized a unit that was shown here locally in Michigan at our local airport at a function this summer. Perhaps you will recognize it from the show. Also wanted to mention I couldn't agree more with that author of Ready to Roll (was it?) that said the boxy trailers just don't have the class and integrity of the rounded ones.

This was shown at a display of the 50th anniversary of the Korean War at Dupont Airport, Lapeer, Michigan.

Thanks for your indulgence. I can hardly wait until the gallery will accept pictures, but until then I guess this is a viable workaround. Can more than one picture be posted in a single post? I don't know how. Happy Trailering and may the wind be at your back and your skies all be sunny!

Yes you can if you have an online server (or airstreamphotos.com when it's up & running again) to host the pictures...check out my post on 11/11/03 in this thread.

Thanks so much for the heads up, Davydd. I walked in the door this morning from taking the wife to the train, and saw Craig Dorsey surrounded by vintage Airstreams on the t.v.
It was called RV Today, on the Outdoor Life Network (or OLN) and will be on again tomorrow morning at 8:30-9:00 a.m. CST. With no description given by TiVo, I can't promise it'll be the same episode, but it was filmed at the 5th annual vintage trailer fest (or something like that) in southern CA, and was really neat to watch, especially a clip of a girl named Kathie Jones who restored a 1950 Airstream (looked like an 18' Clipper.) I thought I got a good deal on my '63GT for $1800, but they got theirs for just 600 bucks back in '93, before restoration fever hit the big time!
I'll be keeping an eye out for Cliff Claven on the 13th.
Originally posted by Davydd I don't get the Outdoor Life Network.
That's a bummer, it was a great little segment. I'll see what I can do about getting it into my Mac from my TiVo. Not much time this week to play around, so no promises.
