If this is a magazine, and has editors and editing, isn't it advice, not advise. I would advise them to look up the word advice. Nothing serious, but I see this word used like this often, and am wondering if I am a half bubble off level. Any advice would be welcome.

Did you notice the name of the magazine? "TrailerChix."
Now, I could very well be wrong, but I thought that ever since the dawning of the womens' rights era, the word "chick" was about as non-pc as a person could get, if it was being used to refer to a woman.
It seems to me that "chick" is only one quick and very ugly step from "broad".
Please advise me if I am wrong...
