Alton Brown/Terra Cotta Smoker/Airstream

and the stars aligned. The food network repeated the Elton Brown homemade terra cotta smoker episode... Which featured an Airstream.

Barbecue, Airstreams and Money Savings.... what a nice combo.

I've made about six of these Alton Brown smokers, and always have it when we go camping.

I recall some mighty good smoked bacon candy(?) someone made during a Branson Rally several years ago. They used an Alton Brown smoker that you made for them. Think the recipe was yours too. Good times! You know, that may have been our first ever AirForums rally.

That was alumitube (brad and Susan). Yes...we made them that smoker, and also had ours there. Pig candy was the tasty treat you had at your first rally .
