Wow, Bob!

I really like that door-in-door model in #37, had never seen one of those before.

So, the question is, how many readers of this forum will be tuned into Grimm on Friday night?

Umm, hand raised here.

Going to have grandbabies this weekend, though, will have to ponder whether this is appropriate for 6 & 8 year old boys. The little girls will be in bed.

They watch Star Wars and Harry Potter movies----

This is a GRAND WAGONEER! Big difference from a Grand Cherokee. A Grand Cherokee is a nice vehicle but it will never be destined a classic.

Here is my old gal.

Watched 'Grimm' again last night. I had DVR-ed it so's to watch 'Fringe' first. I kept looking for the '65 AS but except for a couple of 'staged' interior shots (boy wish I could store that much stuff in mine) the AS made a brief appearance at the end of the show....being towed away. Where too? Aunt Marie's dying wish eluded that Grimm should hang on to it. I 'kinda' enjoyed the show. It is a 'slick' production.

We watched it.

There was a quick glimpse of a night-time-with-lights-on-AS, too, before the inside shots.

I think Aunt Marie was passing the torch on to her nephew, complete with the old AS she brought to him which contains all the needed items and information to carry on the Grimm's ancestral fight with the bad guys.

Be interesting to see where it goes and how it develops.

Well, this has become a Friday night regular for us. Doug sits through it patiently.

The vintage Airstream, which holds the bequeathed trappings and paraphernalia for the Grimm-hunter-descendant is apparently in a storage facility.

Got a good glimpse of it last night when Nick-the-Grimm, aka homicide detective, went to do some "research".

Fun!

Yes, for me too. So that's where the Airstream went to, a storage, yard and a not to well organized one either. I like Fringe which is on at the same time so I DVR one of the shows and watch the other. I guess I'm getting 'hooked' on Grimm. I guess the show producers must realize that part of their fan base are 'aluminitors', if that's a word.

I did notice that when Nick-the-Grimm went to the AS at the storage unit, he turned the lights on inside.

Maybe it's plugged in---not something our storage facility has.

I really like the levity the Eddie character adds, the big-bad-wolf-guy-in-rehabilitation-mode, trying to make the world a better place.

Watched Grimm a couple of times and still like it! It has a sick sense of humor about it. Great exposure for a vintage airstream even if the interior is completely false. I hope the show makes it!

Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse... but you take a boat in the air that you don't love... she'll shake you off just as sure as the turn of the worlds.

I like it, too, and the glimpses of the vintage airstream are just plain fun.

Not usually a big fan of that genre but along with the AS, find that the show is well written and the production values are really first rate.... their lighting guy not only has the beautiful Oregon scenery to work with but does a great job of bringing an other worldly look to establishing shots.

Just watched a the repeat pilot show on NBC tonight. I thought it was funny how big the interior was that they filmed in. They must have doubled the size of the camper on the set. The Door with in the Door was original.

Yeah, but how could they get all their cameras and lights inside a real trailer of that size!

The exterior shots are cool, and the concept of the legacy-in-the-trailer pretty original, IMO.

I like it, it's fun.
