Exclamation 70mph IS too much for me!

Jonathan -- Your post started me thinking of BobbyW's reply on page 3 of the Seinfeld "thread about nothing." (http://www.airforums.com/forum...mper-1521.html) It's good to see airstreamcaravel still posting now and then!

My brake controller has to be set to different levels for each trailer so I've been doing this a lot as I've switched back and forth trying to make the Argosy more sale-able. My Prodigy is mounted out of the way but I did manage to hit the adjusting dial without knowing it. I did the ol' compass test to check my Argosy's new breakaway switch the same day. I was mighty sad to believe I might have had my umbilical plugged in and burned out my Prodigy! Even the lightweight Argosy felt like a lead brick without the brakes working. I took it back to the storage yard, slept on the problem, and figured out to check my calibration. Score!

Unhappy where's mine :-(

Is anyone else out there still waiting for their fall issue of Airstream Life? I haven't gotten mine yet.

Hi Ingrid,

I also live in Nor Cal, and I received mine at least a week ago! If it doesn't find its way to your mailbox by tomorrow, you may want to blast off an email to them.

Cheers, Dee

Got mine in Texas on 11-27-2005.
Seems like it takes a couple of weeks for the roll out from the USPS.
NIce improvements in the magazine just like Rich promised a year ago when he was a startup.
Bet of luck in continued improvements and meeting your targets Rich!

Free stuff????

I just saw this on the Blog, Rich is now playing Santa

http://www.tour.airstreamlife.com/weblog/

You can get a free CD of the Trailer Park Troubadours music for free by just being among the first to ask for it!

I already asked for mine so there are only 99 left!

Somebody should be taking note of TinCanLuv's blog & finding a fit for it in Airstream Life. No, it isn't about how to feed a family on the road or what their pressures are (counting each other at night?), it's about how to revinent one person at a time. It's inspiring & beautiful & unique.

I got it!

I finally got my Airstream Life issue. I love it! My friends think I'm uber-cool. Or crazy, or both.

Thanks Airstream Life!

Life is Good!!

finally?!?

Wow! I figured you had received it and were busy reading it! Someone at your local post office must have seen it and decided to read it before sending it one to you . Congrats!

Actually my copy had gotten lost in the mail...I had to contact AS Life and ask to send me another copy, which came promptly.

I was sure my subscription had expired but I checked, it hadn't. So, I'm thinking that post office person liked the magazine so much they decided to keep it!! Can't blame them.

Definitely worth the wait.
