2007 27 Fb Se Ccd?

No I haven't had any Christmas Cheer, but I swear somewhere I saw a 27 CCD that was done in the FB SE layout..

I can't find it on the Airstream website (surprise surprise... do they update that more than twice a decade?). I've also checked Colonial Airstream's website and they don't have it. I've got a friend who is interested in the 27 but would like to at least see the CCD vs the Safari before selecting. Has anyone else seen a 27 CCD or am I just losing the old marbles?

Question

Paula -- I hear you on the lack of updating their website. Their brochures are similarly vague. Airstream always has focused on its dealer network and you'll probably find more success with a dealer calling Jackson Center.

Now, there is a 28' CCD -- and the CCD would have the panoramic windows. But if you saw a rear door ... ? Let us know if you hear anything.

I remembered!

I saw it at Safford RV when I was having mine serviced!!!!!

It has the black & white laminated cabinetry - and the CCD styled upholstery (no sausage rolls on the dinette though).

Looks very similar to the safari, except for the color of the cabinets.

Paula

Merry Christmas all.

Paula,

When we were at Bill Thomas here in St. Louis last weekend, we saw a new 23' International in a new floorplan that sports a new laminate color for the CCDs. It had a decidedly reddish/cherry kind of tint to it rather than solid black. The CCDs are great but have always seemed a bit harsh to me; the cherrywood-colored tint really warms things up. We loved both the floorplan (imagine the long couch/dinette of the FB models but in the front of the trailer with the mid-galley and rear bed/bath) and warmer, richer look.

Happy New Year,
Molly
