Should I Take the Plunge???

Brand new member, but longtime AS dreamer here.

In about 30 minutes, my wife and I are planning to go do a second walk-thru (and possible buy!) on this beauty. He'll sell it to me for $4,000. It seems like a great deal based on what I've seen, but I wanted to get some expert opinions Planning to do lots of renovations, but what do you guys think of the current condition? Any deal breakers to look for on this model?

Hard to tell from one shot, but...

Mid-'70s 27 or 29-footer, rear bedroom is my guess? If it IS rear BR, to me that makes it a more desirable model...

well, unless it has had lots done to it, that's what it will need. Axles, all the appliances, and that's if you're lucky. A bad floor can make for months of work if you take it on yourself.

From outside appearances, she looks like a winner. Hope there are not any nasty surprises in the flooring department.
