I have never heard of a 33 foot Sovereign. Our 31 foot 77 was a rear double with a side bath. I belive the 31 foot and the 34 foot models were to only ones that had 2 floorplans. The way to know from an exterior picture is window placement. A small square window over the tires usally indicates the bathroom is in the middle, it may be rear twins or a double.
The L shaped lounge seemed to be an option that was available, but I do not know what package it was included in. Excella, International, or just "I want a J lounge".
Based on your questions are you looking to upgrade? Or has the alumimum disease gotten worse so it is time for the second one?

It has a rear bath witch is quite roomy and has a larger than normal tub.
Moving forward are two fairly large closets. Next is the bedroom with two single beds and then the kitchen area, In the living room area is a fold out settee on the street side and a credenza across the front.
I live in it all summer. for a chair on the other side , I remove the rear seat from my Windstar and put it in the trailer. It worked well for the Wine tasting/beer drinking parties.
It sounds like Gordon has one identical to ours. My wife inherited ours from her parents. I am in the process of refurbishing it and I'm learning as I go. I need to get on top to work on the vents and re-seal the A/C. Anybody know the best way to do this without causing damage to the roof? I think I need to replace the seals around the windows. Anybody know what to use for this?
Thanks,
Ken

We have the parts you need.
You can walk on the roof as long as you do not go forward or rearward of the awning rail.
If you do, damage to the segments will happen, quickly, guaranteed.
I own a 1979 31' Sovereign.... except I have a center bath and twin beds in the back. I have a fold out table and my regular "couch" is like a futon that pulls out into another bed
