When I bought my 1977 Airstream in 2006, I went online and purchased a large detailed manual that showed every construction detail about the trailer. I guess they expected you to fix it yourself on the road if necessary.
I recently purchased a 1998 34' limited and I have no manual, nor can I find one. The Airstream site does not go back to 98 and the 99 manual that they show is really only a parts list without pictures.
I am looking for a plumbing diagram, electrical schematic, and ??? I guess they no longer expect you to fix it yourself.
Bringing this thread back from the dead, because having just bought a 1998 without owners manual, I was also finding dead-ends. Ends-up, I was directed by the nice people at airstreamsupply.com to the official airstream site. Though I could not download a copy, free, I was able to purchase one for 48$ + shipping. Total was 61$. I will post an update to vouch for the quality and availability, if anyone cares. I'll likely do it anyway.
Actually I believe copyrights are for a max of 17 years - 1996 is 19 years ago. But I was looking for a CUTTER motorhome manual and I think yours is different anyway. But better safe than sorry. Thanks for the reply.
