Recent discovery of water under the kitchen's sink made this check to the annual check list..of thing to do ~A simple hand tighten of threaded locking nuts and, it was stopped cold~!
Upon futher testing and getting down under the sink's cabinet, I discovered that the threads on the drain trap's elbow to be loosen and, was the source of the water dripping.
Fortunally, I had a sheet of plastic covering the shelve area with a bucket in the right place.
Just thought I'd pass this tip on before you hit the road this Spring.
