I would be skeptical of this - the reason being that Airstream used Atwood hot water heaters which are made of aluminum. The Suburban heater which most other brands use (and is what CW pushes) is a glass-lined steel tank. The glass lining develops cracks and the steel then rusts out. The Atwood tank, being aluminum, seems to last forever. I had this lesson told to me by a service tech in Arizona when I thought I would need a new HW tank for my Land Yacht motor home. CW wanted to sell me a replacement tank for $900 (yup, that's because it has a jacket around it for the engine coolant to heat the tank). The local tech in Casa Grande told me that there was no way the tank was leaking, and to prove it, he found the leak from a connection about 6-inches from the tank.
