Well i got into a big car accident on the 23rd, both vehicles involved rolled and are totaled. No broken bones or stitches but some bad whiplash. (Stop signs are important people!)

Sad that my Van is gone, took alot of money and time to get that thing fixed up. hopefully i can get back to working on the trailer soon.

Put the rear window back in place after replacing the weather seal. Now that all 4 rear windows have been redone i got the rear subfloor in position, one more inch forward and it will be perfect.

So much to do so little time!

Man was it HOT last weekend, felt like august need to do my cold front dance.

With some help was able to get the Subfloor in position! Feels good also starting to redo a 5th window.

Removed another section of C channel and did some sanding of the corrosion that i exposed.

Also seeing if i can salvage the fabric on the rear awning.

Things continue to move forward, the heat finally broke which is nice.

Section 2 of the subfloor has been done, Additional Floor Channel removed and new sections installed.

Next up remove the last tank! which was a bear, and fire ants were very intent on walking on my concrete pad while i took down the tank.

The tank was at least half full but i was able to brace it so it didn't fall.

Cleaned up that frame section with the grinder and primed it,

Couple hours of measuring because of the wheel wells and i cut section 3.
Test fit a few times then sealed it.

And now i removed the Magic Chef and the Kitchen I've been avoiding it for a while as i used it to store tools and such. took about 4 hours. Didn't want to break anything so i can use it for measurement and a template.

Removed the furnace duct, and started drilling out the rivets for the kitchen wall panel.

Its starting to feel like the ball is starting to level out instead of rolling up hill.

Kitchen Wall removed, next section of old subfloor removed.

One thing ive been doing for the subfloor removal is if the elevator bolts are too rusted to be removed i will use a hole saw with my drill and cut away the floor surrounding the bolt. After the floor is removed you can use pliers to unscrew the bolt.

Next wire brush and grind off rust in the kitchen frame section, and welded in a angle iron piece for some reinforcements in the center. Used rust treatment and painted with Por-15 and top coated with rattle cans.

Took the old Brace-Boxes that holds the fresh and the grey tank and used the wire cup brush to remove rust. Removed the black tank section from the brace since i will not be using it. Had to Patch one small section on the fresh which i riveted in. Treated with rust treatment and painted black inside and out.

Put in Section 3 of the subfloor (8ft-12ft), which is the start of the bath. Cut holes for grey water, shower, and water fill.

Assembled New water system in house and reassembled in trailer.

Replaced the old melted plastic lens on the door light, and added a LED bulb! Decided to Rivet the housing instead of the machine screws that were used.

As you can see ive got it wired up!

Things Are going Great!

Here's what the Rivets on the door like look like. (Still got to seal the pop rivets)

Wired up a solar panel & charge controller and charged up my 10AH SEL Test battery in no time.

Using a Renogy 40amp MPPT, and a HQST 100w flexable, ultimatly will have 4-5 100w panels

Got new cable layed out for the water pump, Fantastic fans (3), and some LEDs. few more runs to go.

SpitFireRX, if you aren't already planning on it, I HIGHLY recommend you apply a sealant from the inside to deter any water from leaking into your trailer, especially since it looks like you already have your interior panels off. I, unfortunately, skipped this step in my Excalla rebuild and now am trying to track down some persistent and nasty leaks, and my only available option to remedy these leaks is resealing from the outside (total pain, and who wants to see to caulk or silicon on the outside of their AS?).
