Wow- how did I miss this thread? Sure wish I couldv'e read those posts that were deleted. From the snippets in the qoutes, sounds like Inland can get very nasty.

Not like ABT Electronics, who defines customer service. Like Twink said about ABT, "The answer to ANY reasonable request is YES!" They are my # 1 Internet store.
