Agreed - top notch service. Needed new 30# Worthingtons, and had them sent directly to TrailerWorks rather than lug them down there from Chicago. Not so much as a raised eyebrow on this unique request.

agreed. i ordered 3 cans of POR 15 (along with a bunch of other stuff) from VTS and when it arrived, it was gray (i was expecting black) so i called VTS and the woman said that is the only color they sold it in (it was indicated on the website, but who saw that). i returned it and recieved a prompt refund. great customer service

VTS is great!

And if you heard the voice when you called prompting you to press 1 or 2.... it's me! lol

That's wicked cool! I use the Internet so I have not heard your voice (except on the VAP Podcast).

VTS is one of my favorite Airstream vendors. I purchase "fun" stuff and important stuff from them and the service is top notch.

Already in 2008, I have ordered a bunch of stuff. It is shipped promptky and packaged securely. I have also introduced everyone I sell a trailer to-- to VTS. Steve and the crew do a great job.

Adding my praise

I have enjoyed doing business with VTS. Packages are prepared with care, communication is excellent. My repair and renovation projects are impossible without them.

Me too! We have been very happy with every order we have ever placed with VTS, needless to say...there have been a couple of them wihtin the last year! You've heard of "the house that Jack built"? Well, Birdy will sort of be "the Airstream that VTS built" when we are done!

My favorite feature of the website, is if they are out of something, you can ask to be notified via email when it comes in. Really nice, keeps from having to check back all the time, never had to wait more than a week...also the wish list. We are further away, so our shipping takes a bit more planning ahead...but at least things we can't get locally ARE available, even if it takes 6 or 7 days.

Thanks Steve and crew...you're the best!

Shari

I just wanted to add my latest experience. I ordered two 1/2 pound jars of polish. I received two 1/4 jars instead. I called Vintage Trailer Supply up described the mistake and they sent out two jars of 1/4 to make up the difference. The whole conversation lasted only a minute or two, no issues, they just sent out the jars. What a nice company to deal with.
