I went by the store that had the tanks on sale. They have received no notice of the recall. They called their distributor while I was there and were told that they also have no knowledge of a recall. It continues to move up the food chain.

For the technically or legally minded read the 15 page emergency recall notice. Seven specific actions (or inactions) are identified by Lite Cylinders that resulted in Emergency Recall Order. Based upon claims of the Recall Order Hollywood could certainly make a sequel to "A Civil Action", hopefully it would be classified as Fiction.


As this develops it should make an interesting case study in consumer product protection.
