Cool See your Airstream in the next Reese ad!

Do you have a great picture of your Airstream trailer rolling down the road, or hitched up and ready to go? Send it in for a chance to be featured in the next full-page Reese ad to appear in the Spring 2005 issue of Airstream Life!

Your photo should be a good clear shot without people in the foreground or other obstructions. The more scenic the background, the better!

Photos must be submitted as digital images, shot at the highest possible resolution of your camera (minimum 2.1 megapixels). You will be asked to sign a photo release if your trailer is selected. Photos may be modified or re-touched as the discretion of the advertiser.

This isn’t a contest – it’s just for fun. Sorry, no cash compensation. But you will get bragging rights, as well as photo credit in the printed ad. So send in those pictures!

Send images on a CD-R to: Airstream Life, PO Box 74, Ferrisburg, VT 05456 or you can email images to me. PM me for my email address (or you can guess -- it's my first name "at" airstreamlife dot com . I just don't post it online because of automated spambots.) Deadline for submissions is January 10, 2005.

So I guess they don't want a picture with a hensley in it, either.

You'd be amazed what can be done with Photoshop!

Here's a picture of a reese in action. Maybe you could use it.

Thumbs up

WOW! Although they prob. don't want to create such a 'mindset', from the P.R. standpoint, that is a pretty impressive testimonial to the strength and dependablity of a Reese hitch.
That baby just held tight. I guess the approach would have to be one of the value of top quality equipment when the unexpected occurs.

Well that picture of the reese action figure has sold me. When all else fails at least you will have something to hang on the garage wall as a conversation piece.

How about vintage Reese dual cam hitch units ? Understandably they are selling newer generations, but do you want older stuff too? (or is this where Photoshop comes in? )

I would say send the picture and let the Reese graphic arts guy decide. As you can tell from the debate over the current ad, they are pretty handy with the tools of the trade!

The real key is a nice photo of your rig and a nice background, not the hitch you are using. A certain amount of re-touching is to be expected, I think.
