Rare 31' classic Floor Plan, Got to See it.

Hello,

Take a look at this version of the very popular 31' Classic Floor Plan. There were only a few built for a limited time.

The Dinette table is on a sliding track to allow different table and seating positions.

The table is also removable, Maybe a desk, a crib, an air mattress and even dog crates??

Neat idea. Moving that table to the sofa while underway would provide ample space to conveniently transport all of your outside gear.

how cool! you can just make it your own! what a great concept. i wonder why more aren't made this way? it could be interchangeable to meet your needs at the time. i wish it was an option, it would be a very usable one. thanks for sharing!

Pretty much solves the lack of space between the standard dinette and sofa.

I really like this design, if they modified the table to add the functionality of a table leaf you could increase the seating capacity at the table. Voila, party room...

You mean because there was no booth dinette seat storage?

Too Nice!

Now THAT impresses me. Wow. Does that table also fold down or detach? If so, you've got room for a cub scout pack (God forbid) or a huge family reunion if you just throw the duty inflatable bed on the floor.

It's just perfect for people who sew, use computers, etc, etc, etc.

What a concept, a flexible space! I could see this adapted slightly for a book mobile, a barber shop, or any kind of moving business showroom. For example if I wanted to take my Answer Center sales office to a neighboring city I could have two or three 20 inch deep counters attached to the slide, set up computer stations to do a demo service, and have a PowerPoint presentation playing on a loop. Customers could sit at the counter while I did my show and tell.

I do want a wood or vinyl floor though. I notice you're a vendor. do you have this for sale?

Paula Ford

Wah! Now you've made me think.

I like the concept and I think I see an upcoming possibility in my 1980 interior redesign How about a modular concept, depending on where and what you are doing

Do you have this in an older model?

I would love to find this in a 70's version. jimgolden has a window layout close to this in his, but it doesn't have the vista-view above. I am hoping to put windows in like this if I ever actually buy a trailer (with a rear bed of course).

seems like a lot of space between the couch and the kitchen area, our 78 has that long shelf and tv cabinet there which I kinda like. The sliding table is very cool though.

That is pretty neat. Very flexible. My old 31' only has two vista views along the street side. Looks like this one has three. Nice and bright!

I could see folding that table up and throwing the chairs out and having a place for my kids to set up their model train sets
