MH inspection

We are purchasing a 95 Classic MH, (gas), and wondered if anyone knows a MH mechanic or A/S expert who'd check over this unit before we put our money on the table. We're flying down to Tampa, FL to see it on August 30. I'd feel a little better with a neutral opinion, rather than rely solely on the dealer (Bates). We're used to a trailer, and obviously, there's a lot more to examine in a MH. I'm no mechanic. Thanks for any input.
