Long Beach, CA repair shops

I have located (but not visited) C.G. Trailers in Bellflower, CA. Their web page says they specialize in Airstream repairs, (warranty & extended warranty). Has anyone used them? Any reviews of their service?

They are a long established shop that does quality work. Either the C or G in the company name was one of Wally's original partners when they were headquartered in So Cal. They know the airstream product very well.

My 2003 22ft CCD has been serviced by them as well as doing customized work.

It is C&G Trailer Service...

There are a number of positive references here.. Search for "C&G" or "Bellflower" and you should find some threads, using search tab above..
They are not in business of selling trailers, and are one of few factory certified service only centers for Airstream... Not real internet-active, but easy to contact by phone at (800) 662-3790...

Rod runs a very nice shop. Always pleasant and of course, a real Airstream expert. We have had our Safari 25FB/SE there twice for both warranty repair and service with great results. He does get a bit stacked up so make sure you make an appointment in advance.

Hi Jerry and Susan: I have visited C and G. They are at the far northern end of Bellflower, as I recall near Paramount Blvd and Rosecrans. Great place, a place when you walk in says ok, no pretense here, just a husband and wife team with help who know how to work on Airstreams, it appears. I have not had work done on my trailer, but had questions about a small rock mark which was answered thoroughly.

They do not know, however, about fancy wiring (additional wiring) for lots of electrical gadgets to add to the existing Sony/DVD system.

We are just around the corner from you in Rossmoor. Email us and say hi.

I spoke with Rod on the phone and I've heard nice things about him.

There is an Airstream repair place where Southwest Coach is located (Irvine). No experience with it though. There is also an Airstream specialist in Riverside or Corona (InlandRV). Have not been there yet either.
