There is nothing better than experience. I consider Andy to be the "Guru" of AS knowledge and a most valuable resource. What gets me is when people try to save a few bucks rather than just taking good advice from the master.

Andy was the first vendor to offer items for our Forums Rally as giveaways. This was unsolicited, though I am not trying to put him on the spot to do this for anyone....we had the first few Forum Rallies and thanks to INland RV they were even more fun.
I personally have had terrific service from him over the past 6-7 years.
If I have not thanked him publicly I do so now!!

And he's a patriotic American.

Add me to the list of 'Andy' advocates...I just finished installing the two axles I got from Inland RV, under our 28 ft Ambassador...everything fit properly right out of the box...er' off the pallet!

I had the opportunity to go visit Inland's shop in Southern Calif last month, Greg took the time to show me around all the AS's in various stages of restoration, and get my parts together...Andy arrived later and took the time to visit and make sure I had all my questions answered about the parts I needed.

I got the impression that Inland has just about done it ALL when it comes to rebuilding and maintaining Airstream Trailers...Thanks for sharing your years of expertize...

It's great to know there is a trusted vendor out there you can call to get the straight scoop when you need it!

We need more Inland Andy's

We are all shaped by our experiences in life, the longer we live the wiser we get. When I was about 19 I worked in a carpet factory with an old farmer named Miller. I was pulling carpet out of a kettle with Miller when a couple of suits came by. I said to Miller, look Mr. Miller I bet them guys know it all. He grined at me and said "son it's what you learn after you know it all that counts". To me this is Inland Andy, years of learning and experience.
Andy is the genuine article!!

Just a new Airstreamer, I am - but I know how to keep my door from locking - thanks to Andy's offer to send me instructions. Thanks Andy.

AR rocks!

Andy kicks azz!

Seriously, I've spoken with him several times on the phone. You'll never find a nicer or more gracious guy. And he does truly know just about everything regarding these trailers.

I give credit where credit is due. Andy, you rock buddy!

I sort of disagree, in part.

I know many people, that gave up trying to better themselves, and just wantes to live off of society.

Todays generation, produces many kids, that have given up on life, and it's rewards for hard dedicated work, and enjoy being lazy, dumb, smart alec, leeches, and they usually wind up with the age old profession of being a thief, especially a copper thief.

All to many feel that there's no need to work, because when they are down and out, somebody always comes along to bail them out.

How indeed sad.

Andy

Thumbs up Scoundrel

What a matter with all you. Andy's a scoundrel. My mental image is this 70 year old guy ridding around on a camel in a speedo suit shouting no interest - no payments - Freedom in your airstream -

Now, having vented all that - I have done several transactions with Inland and I very much value his advise on this forum

But I'm not saying thank you Andy - no sir! - I want a discount

I get the meager discounts, since I am older than you.

Everything in California is more expensive, especially gas, and medicines.
