Blue Beltline Insert - $13. for 50' roll

Chas - (everyone) Here is the dealer in Florida that is selling the beltline insert 1/2" size for $13. roll. (plus shipping/handling)

Our original color is orange and definitely needs replacement as it is all cracked and falling out of the track. We would like to color coordinate it with our Ford E350 Super Duty. Do they have any other colors besides blue and orange?

I had already gotten it pm'd to me but now that I have the 1-800 and the go ahead from the owner let the onslaught begin!! I called yesterday and the parts guy was at lunch. Will try again today.

Loudruff - I have read in other posts that at one time AS made the insert in other colors, including blue, orange and black. Not long ago I saw i thread where Inland RV had some black left. I don't think you can get any color other than blue from JD Saunders for $13. a roll as it is the "standard" available color now, but they may have other colors available. Try calling the #800 and talk to Dave Saunders. He was very nice, helpful.

PS - Did I mention that we have the 6.7 Minuet also (her name is "MINI". We measured and it looks like 1 50' roll will make it all the way around her. Good luck with search.

Chas - Glad to help. I would really apprciate your mentioning my name and that I did in fact post the #. He (Dave) was real friendly, and I loved hearing that "southern" accent again! We are transplants to Colorado (don't tell anybody!!!!

Our Argosy was originally owned by my dad, and he had replaced the orange once before. He says that a 50' roll will almost make it. Ours has the little half inch strip needed for the air conditioner case, and at mid level plus the wider strip at the bottom. Thanks for the info. We will call him today!

Loudruff - Andy (Inland) has some orange insert (I can't remember if it the beltline or rubrail) still available. I also remember sometime in the past seeing a post here about the orange insert, but don't remember where. You might have to do some investigative work (if you decide to use the orange), but I know Andy has some....at more money cause it's discontinued and you might find more with a different dealer. Good luck.

PS I think Dave at JD will get some more of the blue to sell at the same $13. price. Check back with him, if you are interested. Later, Leigh

Thanks for all the info., Leigh and all of you. We did indeed talk to Dave. He does have a friendly,southern voice. No luck with any other colors there. So far we have not had luck spotting the orange in the small 1/2 size we need. We won't give up yet.
