2001 window operator

Stripped out a side window operator in Death Valley last month. 2001 27 foot Safari's had a center mount operator made by Creation Window.com who went out of business. Airstream switched to a new side mount operator for 2002 I am told. Apparantly the old company is gone along with any parts for the 2001 and earlier center mount operators. The center mount allows the rod to go through operator held my a cotter pin slug. The side mounts the hole don't go through.
Anyone know of a operator that will work?
