? Breaker for 7 way wire harness under 66 safari

[1966-safari]

Finally got the 7 way connector working with my new TV.

Looked at access panel under front of my 1966 Safari.
There is a completely rusted away breaker has blue wire on one side and a red and blue on other end.

I believe it is a charging breaker but do not know amp # to replace it with.

Next question below;

I now have working electric brakes...to my surprise. BUT...
The two blue wires at the rear access door are disconnected, I believe they are the breakaway break connections...If anyone has a pic of what the back panel should look like or where the two blue wires go I would appreciate it.
