? Breaker for 7 way wire harness under '66 safari

Finally got the 7 way connector working with my new TV.

Looked at access panel under front of my 1966 Safari.
There is a completely rusted away breaker has blue wire on one side and a red and blue on other end.

I believe it is a charging breaker but do not know amp # to replace it with.

Next question below;

I now have working electric brakes...to my surprise. BUT...
The two blue wires at the rear access door are disconnected, I believe they are the breakaway break connections...If anyone has a pic of what the back panel should look like or where the two blue wires go I would appreciate it.

All the best,

Christopher

Thanks ... Where are the blue brake wires?

If the two wires in left corner are blue You have solved my dilema.

Thank you!

I believe they are the breakaway power connections?
