We got our new numbers 2564
Cleaning and discovering this last week.
The street intake valve needs to be replaced.
I swapped out most of the lights with new markers and rear tail lights.
All interior is LED now
Got the porch light to come on
The rear tail lights are BRIGHT with a new LED but they stay on all the time.
Having a hard time with sourcing a mobile RV person to come repair.
Tis the season.
The street intake water valve in this photo seems to have failed. Found a replacement. Had a guy come over and he is telling me to swap out all to PEX.
Just keep to the focus on what I have asked you to do buddy. Thank you!
The rear bumper trunk is missing the panel to keep the box closed.
I want to change the valve from that grey tank but don't know what to get to make it fit the new size hose.
The rear bath has some floor rot right at the channel so not sure how to repair it without taking it all out.

Floor rot at entry window
Good thing I took out the seat in the front dinette. Convinced I should remove the other to inspect and put back in.
Question how much of the floor do I patch to insure my integrity to the c channel and frame? Does rhe patch span across two parts of the frame or just the one area on the frame I see exposed and under the channel?

He is probably right. People are willing to help with anything you have problems with but if you aren't willing to listen then a lot of people are probably not willing to help.

Hi
68 is a while ago. If the trailer has spent it's entire life outdoors in the costal (rain) region, there has been a lot of opportunity for various leaks to develop. I'd spend a bit more time checking here and there ..... That's not to suggest it's a disaster in any way. You have a good looking AS and it is well worth the effort.

Definitely worth the trouble and it looks like you have jumped in with both feet. Take your time and it will all come together. I had a '66 Airstream and loved her for 10 years.

Thank you. I took the second gaucho out last night and found another hole of rot under the window again. All my windows passed a direct water test pair all new seals and glass by the seller. It has portnetila to be a great camper. For now I am going to have to just seal up and cover to enjoy come camping and save money for next patch repairs. I read up on all of it and it looks straight doerward to remove skins and patch spam across the frame.. Good to get all the asbestos tile up. We are having a good time and spending lots of time reading the forums. Lots of good experience to follow here. We plan to have some good sleeps under the stars soon.
