1973 Sovereign 31' Land yacht

Please forgive me if I am not in the right section or forum. I am not sure where to post this. I got a 1973 Sovereign 31' Land yacht. I picked it up from Florida at my parents house. I towed it to Kentucky and once I got it home I realized that I dont have the know how and the palce to restore this trailer. As much as I woudl love to I can't. So I am going to sell it. It has a few leaks up front, and I have removed the couch and front lower panels (which I still have) the frame for the couch is in good condtion and the bearing have been repacked. Along with brand new tires including a spare. the AC unit works and the refrigerator works. I have got pictures if you would like to see. I am going to sell it as is for $1500. That is what I got in it so far. It would be a great trailer to resore or fix up but I realized I got in over my head and I dont have the time or the place to do this ... I am sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum ....

ok I realized I got in over my head when I got my 73 Land Yacht. I tried to fix it up and realized that I cant do it <sigh> so I had to make one of the hardest decision of my life I am going to sell it .....
