Thanks for the tour.
Where did you get the aluminum for the shower rod? I tried to use your idea for my Sovereign with aluminum I goy at Home Depot and it cracked and broke when I bent it to screw to the walls.

Hi CaCraig,
It's 1/8" thick flat aluminum from Lowe's. Be careful to not make the bend radius too sharp.

Well done TxDave! I wish our 71 Sovereign had been in half as good a condition as yours when we found it on Ebay.. Love the decision to keep so much original, I'd imagine it makes living in it very nostalgic
