2000 Excella 1000

Two questions:

1.) Is it correct to refer to a 2000 Excella 1000 as a "Classic" or does this now have a specific connotation? In the latter event, when did the term "Classic" start and how does a Classic differ from an Excella?

2.) Should each year Excella have its own category in the Model & Year forum ---- or, should this particular forum simply combine all like-model Excellas? How much difference is there in the Excellas?

Model & Year Forum

We don't get much activity in the model & year forums. Would it be better to group various models in accordance with their similarities - as I asked in the preceding? If not, how do I open a model & year forum for the 2000 Excella 1000?
