Are their any other 1967 Ambassadors out there???

As I search the forums for information and the galleries for ideas I always see Overlanders form my age group 1966-1968 but neary Ambassador.

Is it possable that there were way more Overlanders built????

Am I alone?!?!?!!!?!?!?

OK there is one on the board. I can't wait to see what I find at the rallies. It just seems so strange how there are tons of Overlanders, but very few Ambassadors.

Talking

I also have a 1967 Ambassador. You're right, there aren't many on here. Do you have any pics of yours? I know the original thread was started a few years ago.

Hi kern72,

till is still around... I had the pleasure of meeting him and his nice family just a few months back.

We have a '67 Ambassador that I am in the process of renovating. If you like, check out my blog linked under my signature.

Enjoy your trailer and hope to see you down the road.

Thanks for letting me know. I know it's been awhile since I posted last. I tried to go to the link, but it wouldn't let me. I'm going to try again. We are thinking about changing the interior layout of ours. We'd love to have our bathroom in the middle instead of the rear. Ever heard of anyone doing that and how hard it was?

We have a 68

We are redoing our Ambassador as well. We toyed with the idea of making it a center bath/rear bedroom but decided to keep the rear bath. As this trailer is narrower than later models, I was concerned about the mid bath being too small. Most people that I have talked to about moving the bath suggest that you find a center bath model to begin with.....however, you should do what you want to do.....thanks, paula

I guess I should update this thread that I started soooooo long ago.

I have since cut up my Ambassador and are using it's parts to bring my '67 Overlander back to life. I hope to get back to that projects real soon.

Life got in the way and well you know how it goes..........
