I bought a bunch of new aluminum sheets to do the interior in, but I thought I would try and strip some of the pieces like the door etc and see if I could reuse some of those. I think it went ok. It is a long process but probably no longer then cutting a new sheet out. It definitely scratches easily. The second picture was me just turning it over and cleaning the back with acetone

I have been pretty busy on other things, but. Ow Iím getting back to it. Between the last time I posted and now I have acquired 3 more airstreams and trying to get a 4th in my neighborhood. This week I have been working on my first new panels in the 67. I just jumped right in.

Nice work so far.

Have read through a lot of insulation threads but haven't seen much about jean insulation. Why did you choose it instead of continuing with what you have every where else?

Like the end cap mod. Did it go together nicely with the amount of panels you chose? Was that fiberglass originally?
