Installing windows

Spray stripper on the jams


scrap off old residue


Sand the jams with sponge sander


Nice and clean and wiped with acetone


stick on the new window gasket


Cut the corners, I overlapped the gaskets then cut the miters to match



Drill and tap new holes, I like starting small in case I have to drill the same holes bigger some other day




New screws



Insert New Window


Windows Installed

Added the antenna back on. This week I'm going to be working on the running lights then hopefully the last layer of insulation.

I bought a bunch of new aluminum sheets to do the interior in, but I thought I would try and strip some of the pieces like the door etc and see if I could reuse some of those. I think it went ok. It is a long process but probably no longer then cutting a new sheet out. It definitely scratches easily. The second picture was me just turning it over and cleaning the back with acetone
