Previously I want to change axles to sets from Al-ko , but few days ago I found guy who make for me axles from al-ko parts but exactly the same like orginal unmounted from trailer. I must send to him old axle for template, Then will be much easier to mount new axles to the trailer.
Rest parts like coupling, jockey wheel and brake components will be from al-ko.

Pawel what polisher and pads are you using as i need to purchase something to do mine, i also have fine scratches on mine which i am hoping will buff out with nuvite, I am going to use Knott axles but that's a way off as i have just received my trailer and it is in not quite the condition i expected, first i will lift the floor before i say too much!!

I use makita 7000c and pads from Jestco, with Nuvite you have more work to remove swirls after polishing.
You can post some photos with your new baby
All scratches are removable for sure

unfortunately the main rails up front the first 75cm is rusted, in all honesty i could probably do frame on for that too but i thinklifting the body will take a day and then i can lay down a floor easier, put on the belly pan easier e.t.c so that is my plan, if only i had a frame like yours!!! thanks for the pics.

Looks great, you're working fast, is it just you or do you have help?

I love the idea of leather on the interior, you'll just need to be really careful that all leaks are completely sealed before installing it. I'm looking forward to watching your progress, good luck!
