Help inspecting '76 (I believe) Overlander

I found a great looking Overlander on Craigslist and went to look at it today, but I didn't really know what to look for. The plumbing seems to work just fine, the AC is nice and cold, and the lights and outlets all function well, inside and out. There is a leak in the gray water tank, but I think that could just be fixed with a new O ring on the cap.
The floor is solid all-round, no soft spots, and the frame is slightly rusted near the hitch, but has been well taken care of otherwise. I didn't test the propane, but the seller says he has used the range several times with no problems. It has brand new tires, and seems like a very solid buy for $6000 asking price.

My girlfriend is coming with me to look at it again on Sunday, I just don't know what else to look for, or how to inspect it more closely. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated, thanks!

You sound like you've done a pretty good look around. The next time your eyes will see different things.

Hi and welcome to Air Forums and the vintage Airstream hobby. I have found these forums very helpful and quite professional.

Here are a buyer's checklists for vintage Airstreams. It may help you organize your thoughts next Sunday. Good luck.
