Selling 69 Overlander

I have came to the conclusion that it is time to sell my 69' Overlander..I have no clue what I should ask for it or where to list it at. It is in decent shape outside with a few dents, and the inside has a gutted bathroom, but restored everything else, new fridge, counters, kitchen, lights, etc. Any clue what I should ask for it?

I'd need to see some good photos before I could even imagine a guess. It's easy to SWAG the value of a basket-case project trailer, for example, but even a guess at a some good/some bad trailer is tough without some detail.

Oooo a 69'!

I'm not an expert at this by any means, but looking at it from a buyer's point of view... some of the stuff isn't original anymore, like the fridge which looks modern (does it run on propane or just electric?) and maybe other appliances (I don't see a stovetop or oven, does it have one?)

The broken front window is a bummer. Have any of the other windows been broken or replaced with plexiglass? Did you replace any of the plumbing in the walls and does it work? The A frame looks good, was it rusty before? Have you laid eyes on the frame underneath the trailer, and is it in good shape or covered with a rust-resistant coating?

The air conditioner looks original, does it work?

Yes I have a lot of questions, but I'm also freaking out a bit because you're only 3 hours away from me and a half-done trailer is kind of exactly what I'm looking for. Have you put it up for sale yet or already sold it off-site?
If I ask a stupid question, it's because I'm a newbie.
Currently looking for an older airstream. 1968-1980, between 22 and 29 feet. Lots of small fixer-upper jobs welcome, trying to avoid major ones like frame welding/replacement but I have an open mind and will consider just about anything. PM me!
