Could I turn the exterior lights with out being connected to my truck?
I have two switches on the inside next to the door.
One is for exterior door light and the 2nd one is for???
Thanks for the help
I'm not sure about your first question but on Betty the switch closest to the door controls the ceiling light near the kitchen. I thought the bulbs were burned out, then I had the bright idea (pun intended) to try the switch on the fixture itself!
Which exterior lights are you asking about? The running lights?
Regarding the second switch by the door, it might be to an overhead light inside. The light fixture itself probably has a switch on it (most do), so the light fixture switch needs to be in the on position, and then the light switch by the door can be used to turn it on and off. Might require a bit of trial and error to figure out which light it controls.
The dealership near my house got all of the AS on at night and they look so cool!!!
Thanks again. And my adventure has began to restore it.
It takes a jumper wire on the truck to trailer plug, some people use a blade fuse, you can also use a flasher for that party effect. though at rallies that is usually reserved to help locate you trailer in an emergency.
