Hello I recently purchased a 66 overlander in descent shape. Being a first time airstream owner I have a few questions. First is it best for the value to keep it as original as possible or restore it completely?
Second where would I need to start researching the wbcci member number on the front it appears to be quite old 5312, does this have this mean anything important?
Post your number query on the thread which starts with the title "WBBCI # search" (ground on the Portal page tab) and you will get a reply.
As for how to decorate, owners do both and resale value is driven by how well the modification is completed. It is yours and customizing is a passion for many.

Any pics? Ours was restored in Kelowna (not by us).
Restore comments: Make sure the shower is enclosed (no water in the rest of the bathroom). Make use of all the nooks and crannies, there is very limited storage space! Put in a grey water tank.
