First that is a cool way to ask your question.

The part is just made of steel and you will have to have some made. it looks like your holes are enlarged somewhat because they were originally 3/32" in diameter which is a #40 drill bit.

Next check out this thread, Zepp is the pioneer per say on rebuilding these double pane windows and his thread has some precurment info. for seal, etc.
