Interesting, I finally got two part numbers from Airstream for the window parts and am waiting on a price from dealer. Is your window from Airstream and does it match the pictures in the thread?

BTW, the Airstream part number for the glass and frame is #371438.
The inside white bezel is #203761-02. Install looks easy-peazy.

The ones I have are exactly the same as tinbenders post, and your part numbers. The ones used earlier in the thread are not the correct trim (they used a trim from an 18" stack window). I ordered from Airstream Supply Company but they were drop shipped direct from Jackson Center to my house.

I preferred a round port-hole style and sourced a cast aluminum window from a marine salvage dealer in India!

The porthole one looks very good. It's amazing what you can source on the internet. I called my dealer because I also had a rock guard coming from Airstream (as a warranty item from the original ship to dealer), so he was able to package the window and rock guard together.

If someone wanted your spare window, I would jump on it because they really improve the light in the bathroom on FB's.

Question for those that have done this mod. Is the metal and glass front piece thin enough that you could use a second one on the back of the door in place of the plastic trim. If so it would create hollow space to allow the frosted glass to be back lite.

Interesting idea. I think you could absolutely do it. As I recall, there is a certain thickness to the metal and glass front piece and I was unsure if two of them would be too thick for the dimension of the door, but if you look at the pictures from rharbuk, it appears that there is plenty of left over space after it is set. My wife loves the addition to the door because her biggest complaint was the dark bathroom in the 25' FB.
