This vent has an opening behind our fuse panel that is inside the front wall.
Is there suppose to be an aluminum screen there to prevent bugs and other things from getting inside? If so how is it attached?

That vent was originally for an enclosure which contained your Univolt battery charger. Assuming you no longer have your charger in an enclosure, you could seal it up.

I don't know if there was originally a screen there but I'd think that putting one on would be a good idea to keep out mud daubers and mice.

Thanks our charger was mounted to the floor right by the electrical panel. There were old wasps nests there and wanted to try and prevent any more from returning.
