Vent 911

I recently purchased a 1966 globetrotter. I need advice and or help on replacing the vent... I think this was a crank? Should I replace it as one or just install a sunlight? Also can it be installed through the ceiling or will I need to climb on top of the trailer? thank you in advance!

It's really easy to install a Fantastic Vent, one of better types that are available and it comes with several options.

You will need to remove rivets and insert it from the top. The VAP podcast has some good advice on using some different screws than the ones that come with the fan.

If you're going with a vent, look at MaxxAir Fans. They are far better than Fantastic Fans, IMO.
