Suitable vent lid replacement?

Unfortunately our 1966 Tradewind is missing one Hehr vent lid and operator(s). Since original Hehr vents seem to be prohibitively expensive, does anyone know of source for a replacement lid that will fit the original vent? I'd prefer not to remove the original frame. Thank you.

Alternatively, is there a direct replacement for the Hehr roof vent not reqiring any additional cutting or fabrication?

I have a 66 TW. I am going to be replacing the Hehr vents with Fantastic vents some time in the near term. You are welcome to my old vent if you would like it.
