Stain on inside of door

does anyone know how to remove rust-colored stain from inside of door? Cleanser with bleach, mildew remover and Krud Kutter all tried, with no success. What causes this? It was only on bottom, now it looks like stain has pattern of screen shield.

Clean

Try awning cleaner, it cuts through most stuff I have run into.

I assume that your trailer is a 70' thru 90' model year. I have observed this condition mostly on trailers that have been lived-in during winters in southern climates where the doors are left open a lot with the sun hitting on the inside skin of the door. I believe that the cause is the sun and heat from the sun has drawn elements of the glue, or contact cement that binds the vinyl finish, through to the inside surface of the vinyl. I painted mine with an acrylic paint. Another solution is to find a dealer who has some of that inner skin with the bonded vinyl surface. Then remove the pop rivets and use the old inner door skin as a pattern to cut the new skin to fit. CharlieE
