Cautious soul that I am....I replaced the two flimsy skylights with Maxim's 4 months after I took delivery of my new Intl. THEN I replaced the two Fantastic Fans with Maxx Fans because the shroud obviates the rain sensor "issue" (and they have terrific remote controls....one of which is within reach of my bed). I'm now down to only one Maxx Fan as I had the 2d A/C installed in the rear of my trailer at JC last fall. 28' is just "marginal" with one 15000 BTU A/C....at least in the south.
