Remove this Window

So I have all of the windows out of my '59 Trade Wind except this one. Trying to take it out to the left hits the adjacent window frame. Taking out to the right hits the exhaust fan. Any other ideas besides removing the fan?

I figured it out

I just had to bend the piece that the fan cover pivoted on up some.
