Rebuilding Wet Oval Stack Windows

Our 86 Classic has 4 wet stack windows. The seals between panes, or the window frame itself, is allowing water between the panes. They never dry out.

Has anyone ever removed these windows from thier trailer? And is it possible to dissassemble them and re-seal them?
