Oceanair Issue

I have a '15 Classic with the horizontal curved accordion window shades. One of the front shades has "jumped its track" in that now the upper portion of the track has the tension string hanging down. I am unaware of how to fix or repair. Anybody got any ideas? I have searched online for help to no avail. Thanks

Once you redo one, it'll be easy. The first one, however, can be a nightmare. I can restring one in about 15 minutes, but I can't think of how to tell you to do it on your own. You would unclip it from the back end, stuff the string back up into the track, and take up a little slack on the string with the spring concealed there.

Wondering if you were able to obtain any information / guidance on repair steps. Recently, we encountered a similar issue with the front horizontal curved OceanAir window blind on our 2016 Classic, but in our case the bottom tension string busted. We have seen a You Tube video on how to restring an OceanAir blind, but not on the curved window blind. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
