The windows are in good shape other than not being "clear". Also, is there anyone who sells replacement parts for the plastic pieces where you raise the windows with the bars and set in the slots for varying heights? Any info much appreciated! Thanks!
All 1969 side opening windows as well as all the Argosy side opening windows, "ARE" curved tempered glass.

Sounds like someone may have tried to tint your windows.

We have the window position guides.

Gasket for 68 Windows

Aside from the glass in my 68's windows, everything else is in poor shape. My biggest issue is a rock hard gasket that that is on every window. Looking at Inland, I see they offer a door gasket/window gasket for my year. I know that the gasket inland sells is not what is on my windows currently, but I don't know if what I have is OEM or not (Probably not). Is the gasket sold from Inland the best for the 68, or should I search out a D-style weathertripping that will actually collapse when the window closes against it?

We used the stuff that Andy sells at Inland. It works just fine and seals well. Just follow Andy's instructions on how to place the rubber into the window, and use some good monkey-snot as glue. Oh, you can get black monkey-snot; the yellow kind that I used is less appropriate.

When I bought the door gasket there was no instruction sheet sent. I know the gasket I am wirebrushing off didn't look like the stuff I was sent. Anyone have pointers on how to install this stuff with the black weatherstip adhesive? I am mainly soncerned with the corners and the bottom of the door.
