So I had a slipped window that needed resetting, tried undoing the screws, wound up snapping 3 of the heads. But I got the window and aluminum bar out no problem.
Now i was stuck with some embedded broken screws, tried every trick in the book, easy out, etc. but no luck. So it looks like I'm gonna have to go with Plan C.
Should i drill new pilot holes than use some thread cutting screws.

I did new holes and threaded them. Use screws that are less prone to corrosion.
