Where is the water coming from?

I have a 2007 25' International SS. This summer while traveling in Quebec I noticed a white flexible pipe on the curb side of the trailer, to the rear of the wheels that was dripping water and it would not stop. Continually dripping making a small puddle under the trailer. This was while camped. At our next stop in Lake Placid it continued. Any ideas?

There is usually two of them. One is a drain for the fridge tray, and the other is an A/C drain.

AC was not on. Fridge is on road side IF that makes a difference. Have never had this type of leak before. Everything else work fine.

Is there a drain for the fresh water tank that may have an extension out through that area?

That drain is to drain the pump area piping for the winter. The valve may not be completely closed.
