Water leaking at base of toilet

When I flush the toilet, water seeps out from where the bottom of the toilet meets the floor.
I have a 1966 30’ Soveriegn that was partially remodeled about 4 years ago.
The toilet is one of the new items that was installed.
I live in my Airstream full-time and only use the toilet for liquids. All solids go into a different safe disposal place.
I don’t know what’s wrong.
Any advice will be appreciated.
